1.處(chu)理(li)(li)風量(liang)(liang):處(chu)理(li)(li)風量(liang)(liang)是指除塵(chen)設備在單(dan)位(wei)時(shi)間內所(suo)能凈化氣體的(de)體積量(liang)(liang)。單(dan)位(wei)為每(mei)小(xiao)時(shi)立方(fang)米(m3/h)或每(mei)小(xiao)時(shi)標立方(fang)米(Nm3/h)。是袋式(shi)除塵(chen)器(qi)設計(ji)中_重要的(de)因素之一。根據(ju)風量(liang)(liang)設計(ji)或選(xuan)擇袋式(shi)除塵(chen)器(qi)時(shi),一般不能使除塵(chen)器(qi)在_過劃定(ding)風量(liang)(liang)的(de)情(qing)況下運行(xing),否(fou)則,濾袋容易堵(du)塞,壽命縮短,壓(ya)力損失大幅度上升,除塵(chen)效率也(ye)要降低;但也(ye)不能將風量(liang)(liang)選(xuan)的(de)過大,否(fou)則增(zeng)加設備投資(zi)和占地面積。公道(dao)的(de)選(xuan)擇處(chu)理(li)(li)風量(liang)(liang)經(jing)常是根據(ju)工藝情(qing)況和經(jing)驗來決定(ding)的(de)。

4.進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du):即進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du),這是(shi)由揚塵(chen)(chen)(chen)點的(de)(de)工藝所決定的(de)(de),在(zai)(zai)設計或選擇袋式(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器時,它(ta)是(shi)僅(jin)次于(yu)處理風量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)又一(yi)個重要(yao)因(yin)素(su)。以g/m3或g/Nm3來表示。對于(yu)袋式(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器來說,進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)將(jiang)直接(jie)影響下列(lie)因(yin)素(su):⑴壓(ya)力(li)損(sun)(sun)失和清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)周期。進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)增大,統一(yi)過濾(lv)面積上(shang)積灰(hui)(hui)(hui)速度(du)快,壓(ya)力(li)損(sun)(sun)失隨之(zhi)增加,結果是(shi)不得不增加清灰(hui)(hui)(hui)次數。⑵濾(lv)袋和箱體的(de)(de)磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)。在(zai)(zai)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)具有強(qiang)磨(mo)(mo)蝕性(xing)的(de)(de)情況下,其磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)量(liang)(liang)可以以為與含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)成正比。⑶預收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)有無(wu)必要(yao)。預收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)_是(shi)在(zai)(zai)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)處前再增加_除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)設備,也(ye)稱前級除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)。⑷排灰(hui)(hui)(hui)裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)排灰(hui)(hui)(hui)能(neng)力(li)。排灰(hui)(hui)(hui)裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)排灰(hui)(hui)(hui)能(neng)力(li)應以能(neng)排出(chu)全部(bu)收下的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)為準(zhun),粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)量(liang)(liang)即是(shi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)含塵(chen)(chen)(chen)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)乘以處理風量(liang)(liang)。
5.使用(yong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度:對(dui)于袋式除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)來說,其(qi)使用(yong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度取(qu)決于兩個因(yin)素(su),_是濾料(liao)的(de)_承受溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度,_是氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度必(bi)需在(zai)露點溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度以上。目前,因(yin)為玻纖濾料(liao)的(de)大量選用(yong),其(qi)_使用(yong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度可達280℃,對(dui)高于這一溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)必(bi)需采取(qu)降溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)措施(shi),對(dui)低于露點溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)必(bi)需采取(qu)提溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)措施(shi)。現在(zai)用(yong)的(de)PPS濾料(liao)比_多.溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度在(zai)170度.對(dui)袋式除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)來說,使用(yong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度與(yu)除(chu)(chu)塵效率關系并不顯著,這一點不同于電除(chu)(chu)塵,對(dui)電除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)來說,溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度的(de)變化會影響到粉塵的(de)比電阻等影響除(chu)(chu)塵效率。
6.壓(ya)(ya)力(li)損(sun)(sun)失(shi):袋式除塵(chen)的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)損(sun)(sun)失(shi)是指氣體從除塵(chen)器入口到出口的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)降(jiang),或稱阻力(li)。袋除塵(chen)的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)損(sun)(sun)失(shi)取決于下列三個因素(su):⑴設(she)備(bei)結構的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)損(sun)(sun)失(shi)。⑵濾(lv)料(liao)的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)損(sun)(sun)失(shi)。與濾(lv)料(liao)的性質有(you)關(如孔隙率等(deng))。⑶濾(lv)料(liao)上堆積(ji)的粉塵(chen)層壓(ya)(ya)力(li)損(sun)(sun)失(shi)。
7.操(cao)縱壓(ya)(ya)力(li):袋(dai)式除塵器的操(cao)縱壓(ya)(ya)力(li)是根據(ju)除塵器前后的裝(zhuang)置和風機的靜壓(ya)(ya)值及其安裝(zhuang)位置而定的,也是袋(dai)式除塵器的設計耐壓(ya)(ya)值。
脈沖袋式除塵(chen)器是由多(duo)個獨立(li)的室組(zu)成(cheng)的,清灰(hui)時各室按(an)順(shun)序分別進行(xing)(xing),互不(bu)干擾,實現長期連續運(yun)行(xing)(xing)。清灰(hui)過程均由清灰(hui)控制器進行(xing)(xing)定時或定壓自(zi)動控制。
1.氣流的(de)路徑含(han)塵氣體由(you)除塵器(qi)進風口(kou)進入(ru)中、下箱體。通(tong)過濾袋(dai)進入(ru)上箱體的(de)過程中,由(you)于(yu)濾袋(dai)各種作用將粉(fen)塵、氣體分離開,粉(fen)塵被吸附在濾袋(dai)上。而氣體穿(chuan)過濾袋(dai)進入(ru)上箱體,從出風口(kou)排出。
2.含(han)塵(chen)氣體通過濾袋凈(jing)化的(de)(de)工(gong)程中,隨著時間的(de)(de)增加,而積在(zai)(zai)濾袋上(shang)的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)越來越多,因而使濾袋的(de)(de)阻力(li)逐漸增加,通過濾袋的(de)(de)氣體量(liang)逐漸減少。為了(le)使除(chu)塵(chen)器能正(zheng)常工(gong)作,所以要(yao)把阻力(li)控(kong)制在(zai)(zai)限定范(fan)(fan)圍內(一般為120---150毫米水柱)。這(zhe)樣當阻力(li)升到限定范(fan)(fan)圍的(de)(de)時候,由控(kong)制儀_要(yao)發出(chu)指(zhi)令按(an)順序觸(chu)發各控(kong)制閥,
3. 清灰動(dong)作過程獨立(li)的(de)(de)小(xiao)室首先通(tong)過氣缸(gang)關閉小(xiao)室風門,然后由控制(zhi)器開啟脈沖(chong)閥,氣包內的(de)(de)壓縮(suo)空氣由噴(pen)吹管各孔徑文氏管噴(pen)射到(dao)(dao)各對(dui)應(ying)的(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)內,濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)在(zai)氣流(liu)瞬(shun)間反向作用下(xia)急劇(ju)膨脹,使積(ji)在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)表面的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)脫落,濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)得到(dao)(dao)_。被清掉的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)落入灰斗經(jing)排灰系統(tong)排出機體。由于積(ji)附在(zai)濾(lv)(lv)袋(dai)上的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)定期_,被凈化的(de)(de)氣體正常(chang)(chang)通(tong)過,_除塵(chen)器正常(chang)(chang)工作。
在_粉塵過程中,脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)閥(fa)每噴吹(chui)一次氣體的(de)時間稱(cheng)為脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時間或脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)寬度,兩(liang)個(ge)相鄰脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)閥(fa)的(de)噴吹(chui)間隔(ge)時間為脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)間隔(ge)(也(ye)稱(cheng)噴吹(chui)間隔(ge))全(quan)部濾袋完成(cheng)一個(ge)清(qing)灰循環的(de)時間為脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)周(zhou)期(qi)(也(ye)稱(cheng)噴吹(chui)間隔(ge))調整控制儀的(de)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)周(zhou)期(qi)和脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)時間,可使除(chu)塵阻(zu)力保(bao)持在限定范圍內。
